With over three decades spent in the entertainment industry, Jaymee has seen and tried nearly every diet and fitness fad on the planet. Despite her dynamic career, she has always been a devoted fitness enthusiast, prioritizing health and wellness in every aspect of her life.

Fitness Journey

Yoga Certification — Her journey kicked off with yoga, earning her certification and setting the stage for her holistic fitness approach.

Cert 3 and 4 in Fitness — She leveled up with certifications in fitness, cementing her expertise in effective training methods.
